This is a soul food from Shizuoka, characterized by its jet-black soup made with a beef tendon base and dark soy sauce, and the "dashi powder" (dried sardine flakes and green laver) sprinkled on top as a finishing touch! A masterpiece with flavor that soaks all the way through♪

~The delicious flavors of mackerel and sardines are concentrated in this nutritious black fish cake, made by grinding the bones into a paste, then coating it in batter and deep-frying it until crispy.It pairs perfectly with the sauce! A hot and crispy delicacy unique to Shizuoka that goes great with drinks!

◆ Hamamatsu specialty gyoza

~The filling, packed with cabbage, is light and juicy! These popular local dumplings are so good you could eat them all day! With each bite, the crisp texture of the vegetables bursts through the thin, crispy skin, and the savory flavor of the meat fills your mouth.~

◆The final dish: Fujinomiya Yakisoba (a local specialty)

We use a unique, specially made noodle that is different from typical Chinese noodles and has a firm texture.The rich flavor of the "meat scraps" left over after rendering the lard is irresistibly delicious.A highly popular local delicacy, finished with a fragrant dashi powder!
